Rip-Stop Parachute Nylon Hammock: Here is a hammock you can take anywhere because it weighs less than 1 lb and stuffs into its own 9" x 10" sack. Made from rip-stop parachute nylon, the material of choice for military parachutes and high-end tents, it will not tear if punctured (unlike the heavier parachute "silk" commonly available).
